I am running two of these...
I am running two of these processors with a WinGo V7000A XaserV case and an MSI dual opteron mobo. These are rock solid units that definitely dispell the Intel megahertz myth. With 1mb cache, and a reasonable price, there's no better bang for your buck in my opinion.
